July 2010

The July 12 Monday meeting will be open carving, this includes help for new carvers or carvers having questions about their work.

The July workshop (Saturday the 17^th) will be golf ball carving with Tom Rhodes starting at 9 am at the Woodcraft classroom. Sign up Monday night or Thursday carving session or call one of the officers to get your name on the list.

August 2010

The August program (Monday evening the 9^th) will a woodburning demo by Linda Garthaffner.

The August workshop (Saturday the 21^st) will be woodburning with Linda starting at 9am at the Woodcraft classroom. Bring your own woodburning equipment or check with Linda about borrowing a unit.

Also in August the Chesterfield County fair starts the 27^th and runs thru September 4. The club has been asked to do demonstrations and show and tell the first two days of the fair. See newsletter for info or contact a club officer.
